A few weeks ago my friend, Julie, posted an amazing picture of some yummy looking lettuce wraps on Facebook. Lettuce wraps are my favorite. When I told her I wanted the recipe, she was able to type it back to me in record time. A recipe like that, is certainly my kind of recipe. Ingredients that are usually readily in stock in our kitchen with very few (& very easy) steps. My kind of recipe. Mmmm!
