Pretty sparkly trees & a fail.

DSC_0577

I was playing around with the settings on my camera tonight & I think I finally figured out how to do those, “make your Christmas tree sparkle” pictures that are being pinned all over Pinterest right now.

Doesn’t it look all pretty & sparkly & such?!

Now I just have to figure out how to do this & get good pictures of the kids in front of it with the pretty & sparkly tree behind them.

Oh. & yes. I’ve failed my 30 Days of Thankfulness with not updating here or on my personal facebook for the last few days (hey, 26 days of thankfulness is pretty darn good if you ask me!). I promise though, I am super thankful for so much. Mostly, I’m thankful for a pretty & sparkly tree tonight Winking smile Oh, and capturing that pretty & sparkly tree with my camera. Yes. I’m thankful for that.

Do you have a picture of your tree like this one? Leave a comment with the link to your blog where it’s displayed, I’d love to take a look!

How did you do that? I’ve sit in front of my tree for hours with camera in hand & all I get is a blurred mess. I actually posted tonight on my blog about how I might post a lit up tree pic if I could figure it out LOL!

Yay, congrats on capturing your pretty sparkly tree!!! It really is beautiful 🙂
