This is more for me than ya’ll probably. It’s a rundown of this past year. Some of my favorite photos (I honestly started out trying to pick ONE photo for each month & realized right away there was no way I could only pick 12 photos to sum up 2011).
I plan on doing a Top 12 (if I can pick just 12) Posts of 2011 to sum up my year in blogging as well. It reminds me, that with January just days away, my two year blogiversary is just days away as well! Until then…enjoy a little glimpse back at our past year.
In January we celebrated Paps, I painted our bedroom and worked on sewing. Some days the kids were happy & some days they were not.
February was daddy’s birthday, we worked on Lilah’s walking, went to the fair & rodeo, and had a Valentines Day Party for our boy who loves to party.
In March Tucker started Mom’s Day Out, we went on our first vacation with friends, and Lexie was able to wear pig tails. Oh, we did so much growing, too.
In April Mommy started her little Etsy shop, Tucker learned t-ball, the girls wore dresses Momma & Nana sewed for Easter, & Aunt Marcie was having baby!
In May we marched for our preemies which led us to big things, Momma got a new camera so pictures got much prettier, & Marcie & Ryan were having a GIRL!
In June Summer started & we celebrated an engagement. We went to the beach & daddy built the pergola out back. We loved family movie night, too.
In July we did some Tot School & celebrated the 4th of July. The girls turned TWO and celebrating it couldn’t have been more bitter sweet than it was.
August brought an end to summer and an end to Tucker’s first experience with school. But it also brought Tucker’s first day of Pre-K3 and a baby shower!
In September we had a little stay-cation and cheered on the Gators. Lilah scared us with a febrile seizure & two ambulance rides. But then she shaked her booty & made it all ok.
October meant our little boy turned FOUR! He celebrated at school & with a park party. We had three little cow pokes for Halloween & enjoyed fall fun.
In November we spent time with sweet Olivia, and had more movie nights. We shared colds & gave Thanks. Oh, & Tucker had his first little school song performance.
December meant another year coming to an end. We spent lots of time with friends & family this month. We continued traditions and threw a Christmas Shower. It was joy.
