Pintertest Kitchen: Valentines Day 101

For Valentines Day I knew I wanted to do something creative for Tucker’s class. It’s his first year celebrating Valentines Day in school and he is our party boy, so you know we really like to amp up the holidays. I found this card on Pinterest & fell in love.

I wanted to make it a little more fun, and luckily, my hubs went on a search for the funny glasses & found them! We attached the glasses & a hear sucker to his card and his Valentines were good to go! How easy is that!? I actually made these same cards for my students to give to their parents. The only difference is I used Picnik (gotta get it in while I still can!) and just photo shopped the mustaches on. I think their parents will love them just as much as I do!

After I got home from having Tucker’s cards printed, we sat down & he signed all of his cards and put on the finishing touches. Tomorrow his class will have a little party, we are in charge of the cheese & crackers. He asked me, “will I get cards from my friends?” How sweet is that! I can’t wait to see him after school tomorrow and find out all about his first Valentines Day with friends!
