Here we go.

to do listNow that my 31 days are done I need to get back into the swing of blogging (well, my normal blogging) again.

There are a ton of posts that I need to put together (some from as far back as the summer even!) and I figure what better way than to make myself a list?

I’m a list maker by fault, I need one to get any job (big or small) accomplished. I learned that trait from my momma for sure & I have a feeling my kids will learn it from me (which I think is a pretty good trait to learn because making lists gets a job done!).

The great blog post to-do list of 2012:

  • Our Couples-only Savannah trip
  • A rag wreath tutorial
  • Kitchen make-over tutorials (there are a few under this one)
  • Tricia’s bridal shower (this may not happen, I had forgotten my SD card that day and then have since deleted all my phone pictures of it, so if I can get pictures from Tricia then I can blog about it).
  • Constitution Day activities (and a few other activities) in my classroom
  • Little Miss O’s 1st birthday
  • Tucker’s 5th birthday
  • Fall Festival at my grandma’s church
  • Closet door project before & after
  • Alex & Tricia’s Wedding
  • Halloween
  • Our first pet
  • Faux Fireplace (finally!!!)

If I don’t get busy on all of these posts soon, I might never get them done. With the holiday season quickly approaching there will be so much to blog about that everything else might be forgotten. Speaking of holidays, is it Thanksgiving yet? I could really use a week off to get caught up on life!

Anyone else out there a list-maker? Are you also feeling the rush of the holiday season that has just barely begun? What do you do to step back & enjoy it all, I could use a few pointers!
