These outfits were a Christmas gift from my mom to the girls, and with the unseasonably warm weather we’ve had, it’s the first time they’ve gotten to wear them.
I die from cuteness overload & totally wish I had this outfit in my own wardrobe. Man, these girls are 3 going on 13. Can you just imagine what it’s going to be like with them as teenagers? I know I can’t!
As I was taking pictures of the girls, Tucker asked me if I wanted a picture of him, too. I love that he likes when I take pictures of him & that he loves his sisters so much he’d want to be in the pictures with them.
Tuesdays & Thursdays is when I take the kids to school, so because of that the sun was up (we are able to leave a little later on the days I take them to school) and the lighting was perfect. I can’t wait for next school year (although I really can, who wants to skip over summer?! not me!) when all three kids will be going with me to school & we won’t have to ever leave too early.
& yes, did you hear that mention of all the kids being at my school next year? Tucker in kindergarten & the girls both in pre-k. Unbelievable. The kids ask me almost every day at this point if its time for them to go to my school. I think they are just as excited about it as I am. At the same time though, a little sad about it because it will mean I really don’t have anymore babies. It seems the minute kids hit elementary school the years just fly by. I’ve seen plenty of classes walk through my door on day one & leave on day 180 and wonder where a whole school year went in the end.
Okay. Enough mushy stuff for today, being all sentimental. I’m going to leave you with one more picture. It’s got to be the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen. Oh, how I wish there were more moments like this! I guess that is sisters for ya!
